Annekatrien Vinck has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. For her, yoga is a path to being more conscious and live with more lightness.
Annekatrien finalized a 4 year yoga teacher training in Sivananda yoga and attended several Yoga alliance certified teacher trainings in Vinyasa yoga, pregnancy and kids yoga. Her classes also include influences from many workshops in Pralaya yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Jivamukti and Iyengar Yoga.
These different styles combine in a unique way of teaching that is mostly tailored to the people who are attending. The main focus being to enjoy every breath and moment of life with consciousness.
Annekatrien is also a Thai massage & Chair massage therapist. She holds a massage therapy degree, approved by the Belgian Government. She studied the Northern Thai Massage style in different schools in Thailand. The Old Medicine Hospital and International Training Massage school (ITM) influenced her style mostly. She studied Dynamic Thai Massage with Krishnataki and David Lutt (Sunshine house) and has a second degree Reiki certification from India.
Her hope is that through yoga and massage, positivity and consciousness can spread into the world.
